Once we receive your request, we will proceed with your order with the updated change(s). You will receive an email confirming this change.
Q. What if I have received my order and my ring still does not fit?
A. Most jewelry stores and jewelry repair shops can assist with increasing or decreasing the size of your ring for a better fit.
Please note: Once the ring has been adjusted by a jeweler, we cease to have any responsibility for the adjusted piece/ring henceforth.

A. Please send your cancellation request via email to contact@parlezvousbling.com within 5 days of placing the order. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a refund.
